The latest DIY project is now live on my Miss Kris YouTube channel. Ok hear me out on this one…. I was totally inspired by a pin I found on Pinterest. Paper jewels + Mod Podge Dimensional Magic can easily create a fab pair of paper earrings. Trust me, it’s a good one. Watch here and don’t forget to thumbs up and subscribe!! xo

Snap is a 1-day Instagram + photography workshop dreamt up and designed by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs! The workshop is created by Kelsey Lee of The Brand Gals. She and her team are fab and I’ll be onsite talking about the art of photo styling… basically how to make stuff pretty!
If you live in LA and you’re looking for creative ways to grow your business’ Instagram following and create pretty photos, be sure to check it out. Click here for all the Snap ticket details and click here to see a behind the scenes of their last workshop.
ALSO, rumor has it that Snaps is giving away two free tickets to the event. Click here to find out all the details on their Instagram giveaway and how you can enter! Good luck and see ya there!! xo
Ladies…. I’ma need a little background music to go with this post. Beyonce this is your cue (here).
As we transition from Winter into Spring, here’s an easy tutorial to get a little more wear out of our flannel shirts. Transforming a shirt into a fun skirt is sooooooo quick and easy. I used an old button down of my ex’s that I had lying around (Don’t you ever for a second get to thinking… I won’t use your clothes for a fab DIY project, baaaaabaaay). Feel free to raid your Dad, Husbands or Brothers closet too. Watch the full tutorial here and subscribe to the Miss Kris YouTube channel here!
I had to go deep into the #MissKrisTV YouTube archives for this project. As many of us are preparing for the big shift from Winter to Spring (March 20th), we’re preparing our wardrobes and pulling back out those lighter weight outerwear options. A cozy wrap is one of my favorites! It’s perfect for a LA Winter …or a sunny Spring day in some other parts of the country.
Last year I made a fun, no sew blanket Cape video using a different fabric. This season I updated it with a fab houndstooth print I found at my local fabric store. I’m in to all thinks print and black and white right now! Click HERE to watch the video. Hopefully you’re inspired to make one for yourself this year. It’s the perfect way to stay warm and cozy.
Don’t forget to subscribe to the Miss Kris YouTube channel (HERE). There’s lots of fun on the way!

Hosting a Halloween party this weekend? Or maybe you, like me, have plans to sit on the couch Friday night eating popcorn while watching a scary movie (aka the lazy girls guide to Halloween). Regardless of how you celebrate, you have to give these candy corn inspired champagne bottles a try. They’re pretty simple to make and will really bring a festive look to your evening.
